Why the name?
Some say that owning a blue heeler is the closest you can get to owning a wild animal without a zoo license. This coffee pays tribute to our rescue boy and and captures that WILD spirit! We roast the same bean two different ways, dark and medium, and blend them to encapsulate the unique flavors that define the Sumatra region.
