Why the name?

This blend is our play on the traditional Black and Tan style. We roast our Guatemalan beans a bit darker to showcase the dark chocolate notes and combine those with a light roasted Ethiopian bean to capture the bright fruit notes Ethiopian beans are known for. The perfect mix of light and dark, capturing the essence of a tuxedo cat.
